reports, such as a Gantt Chart, task schedule with log, team member
contact information in credit card-size format (for better portability),

Additional Color and Text Formatting
Scheduled Task Reports can now be color-coded based upon the
type of tasks to control report color output for individual scheduled
tasks. Consistent use of color and highlighting capabilities makes it
easier for users to quickly scan reports and locate desired
information … when time counts! Rich Text Format functionality has
also been added to all Memo/Notes fields to further improve the style
and readability of your printed plans.

24-hour Online Support
24 hours a day on-line support is available via the Web. In addition to
the current support services, our customers can now register for our
new Web Helpdesk and have direct access to online support at any
time. This service is exclusively available for customers with an active
Product Support & Maintenance Agreement.

technology and is now designed to be a Web-distributed application
(an installation CD is available upon request). This ensures that the
most current version will always be available on the Web. For
prospective customers, the installation defaults to a 3-day SBE
evaluation version.
Language and organization preferences can now be set by
RecoveryPAC users with the new Preferences Menu, providing even
more customization!
