RiskPAC Provides a Valid, Consistent Evaluation
RiskPAC includes powerful rules that interpret questionnaire answers
and provide you with conclusions and recommendations. You no
longer have to rely on risk assessment software that requires users to
subjectively guess at the "percentage of compliance" with your
security policies and controls. RiskPAC users simply provide factual
answers to questions. RiskPAC Survey Manager evaluates the

Manual risk assessment methodologies are labor intensive,
expensive in monetary terms, often take hundreds of hours to
complete, and too often produce little usable output. RiskPAC
automates risk assessment. It saves time and produces information

identifies changes in systems over time, and provides results that you

continuity planning.

Distribute Survey Questionnaires to End Users
RiskPAC includes RiskPAC Satellite to provide you with an easy
method of freely distributing questionnaires to end-users. Users
answer the questionnaire interactively on their own PC, and return the
results via e-mail, network or CD to a central location for analysis.
This saves time by eliminating the need for face-to-face interviews or
manual reentry of user responses. It also makes it easy to compare
surveys from various end-users.

Automate Manual Methodologies
You can use RiskPAC to turn a set of uncoordinated questions,
responses, and recommendations into a focused, relevant expert
system to meet your organization's specific standards of risk
assessment. Any subject area can be organized into a set of:

  • Questions that probe the subject area.
  • Profiles that describe the assessment based on the responses
    to the questions.
  • Recommendations that propose solutions based either on the
    answers to specific questions or the result of risk or value
    computation.
  • Mapping tables that relate the results of the questionnaire
    scoring to recommendations.

You can use RiskPAC Questionnaire Designer to modify the starter
questionnaires included with RiskPAC to satisfy unique requirements
of your organization. You can create new questionnaires for a survey
about any subject (not just risk assessment) to address your
organization's specific requirements, policies, and standards of
performance about which you have detailed knowledge and
understanding.

RiskPAC includes many features that enhance your productivity.
RiskPAC supports conditional branching, sharing questionnaire
elements (e.g., questions, question categories, recommendations,
exposure types, risk categories), multiple question types (e.g.,
multiple choice, numeric input), and spell check.
